Fast Casual: Giardino Gourmet Salads expanding South Florida footprint

Giardino Gourmet Salads continues to grow. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand will be opening two new locations in southern Florida during the month of February. This will bring the company's overall size up to 17 units. 

"As part of our strategic development plan, we're focused on building restaurants in vibrant communities with a diverse customer base where there is a real need for alternatives to traditional fast casual food. We will continue to grow across the region with a laser focus on finding the right owners and real estate that sets up the brand for success while creating memorable experiences that have our guests coming back for more." said co-founder Kenny Lugo.

Over the next few years, the brand hopes to continue its growth momentum. It is currently eyeing downtown Ft. Lauderdale as one potential area to expand and could add up to ten more units within the county. 

With the company's focus on providing fresh ingredients, Giardino Gourmet Salads positions itself as a fast-casual alternative to fast food. Menu items range from wraps to salads with an emphasis on simplicity and quality.
