Fast Casual: Juice it Up has new owner, CEO

The brand's longtime owner is stepping down after two decades at the head of the company.

Juice it Up has reported a change in leadership. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand has brought on Chris Braun as the new CEO. The new leader comes along with new ownership as the franchise has been purchased by SJB Brands LLC.

Braun will take the place of former owner Frank Easterbrook, who has been with the brand for over two decades. While he is stepping down from the CEO position, Easterbrook will maintain strong ties with the brand as he remains a franchisee.

Under Braun's leadership, Juice It Up plans to focus on product innovation and expansion. The company currently has around 100 locations open and in development across the nation.

"We're going to continue to add value to an already established and beloved brand, as well as take a proactive role in the company's growth. It is our principal objective to pursue initiatives that are designed around innovation, growing average store sales, and expanding our franchise base to continue to build on the success of the brand," said Braun.
