Fast Casual: Pokeworks, Pokeatery bringing poke to the masses

Fans of poke can expect the cuisine to soon become more readily available. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, both Pokéworks and Pokeatery will be expanding their businesses in the near future. 

Pokeatery has announced its first East Coast opening, set for Charlotte, North Carolina. The location is expected to open its doors next year. For Pokéworks, expansion will occur across the nation with as it prepares for the launch of over 100 new locations. This development is planned to take place over the next two years. 

"Our commitment to providing a healthier alternative to traditional fast food, coupled with the ability to meet demands for a reduced carbon footprint and naturally sustainable food, places us in a prime position for future growth," said a co-founder of Pokéworks, Kevin Hsu.
