Blockbuster&rsquo;s popularity and unit-count&nbsp;have dwindled for years, and now, the once-thriving movie rental franchise is down to just a single store. The brand closed two locations in Alaska earlier this year, leaving it&#39;s Bend, Oregon location as the last remaining Blockbuster. According to <a href="https://read.bi/2Lw1tKf?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=final-blockbuster-location-to-launch-beer-in-honor-2707667" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration:none" target="_blank">a recent article in Business Insider</a>, that store&nbsp;is forming a partnership with local brewer&nbsp;10 Barrel Brewing&nbsp;to commemorate its status. 

The limited-time offering will be a black ale called &ldquo;The Last Blockbuster.&rdquo; It will debut on September 21st at all of the brewery&rsquo;s locations.

&quot;The Last Blockbuster beer pairs perfectly with buttery theater popcorn and your favorite movie-sized chocolate with a light body, smooth finish and hints of nostalgia,&quot; said Chris Cox of 10 Barrel Brewing.
