1851: How satisfied are you with your franchise development website?

Ron Bender, VP of Franchise Development for Big Frog Custom T-Shirts: Very, it attracts lots of unique visitors, educates candidates and builds excitement about our concept.

1851: What would you change on your franchise development website?

Bender: I’d block bogus visits from Russia, add more franchisee testimonial videos and update our Item 19 figures (we're waiting for registration states).

1851: Is your site performing better or the same as last year and why?

Bender: Better than last year. We had Click-Tecs update the entire site last summer and it is now responsive.

1851: How is your budget shifting to include digital?

Bender: We are moving approximately 10-15 percent more budget funds to digital every year.

1851: Do you expect to change your website in the next year and why?

Bender:  Just plan to keep updating the site, adding fresh content with blog posts more often.
