Business Observer: Footprints Floors plans Florida expansion
The floor installation franchise was listed as one of several franchises looking to expand in The Sunshine State.
Footprints Floors, a Colorado-based floor installation franchise, is currently looking to bring new locations to Florida despite the economic downturn the pandemic caused, according to a report by Business Observer Florida. With just one location in Florida and 22 units available, Footprints Floors has experienced a new kind of demand from the area as more people are stuck at home working on renovation projects around the house.
“We see a tremendous amount of middle to middle-upper class growth on the West Coast of Florida,” said Brian Knuth, Footprints Floors Development Director. “With more people working from home and doing home-based projects, we are busy as ever.”
Knuth also notes that with investment ranges on the lower side, Footprints Floors represents a lean opportunity for an investor to come in and run with the business immediately.
