Footprints Floors, the 160-plus-unit flooring installation franchise, wrapped up another successful quarter in 2022. The franchise’s unique model that focuses on only the installation stage of flooring jobs has allowed it to maintain 55% year-over-year revenue growth through Q3.

The franchise, which recently ranked on the Franchise Times Top 500 annual list, signed five franchisees and opened nine franchise territories during the quarter. In addition, Footprints Floors entered or sold out in six different markets, including Rhode Island, Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Massachusetts.

“Footprints Floors has continued to grow in an exciting way this quarter and during 2022 as a whole,” said Bryan Park, CEO. “Our flexible franchise model has helped our owners succeed during a time when many other companies are struggling. We are looking forward to finishing the year strong and starting off 2023 with great momentum.”

A huge milestone for Footprints Floors in Q3 was Nashville franchisee Josh Byrd being the first to hit $1 million in revenue in 2022. Byrd previously set the single-month franchisee revenue record this past June.

“We couldn't be happier for Josh,” said Jeremy Wasinger, Director of Communications. “He continues to break records, most recently for monthly revenue while also shattering the year 2 franchisee revenue record.”

Footprints Floors has over a dozen franchisees on pace to hit $1 million in revenue by the end of the year.

In other exciting news, Footprints Floors established a philanthropic effort during the quarter called the First Fruits Fund, which is partnering with faith-based organizations that work in areas of holistic family care, including single moms, counseling/drug rehabilitation, orphan prevention, foster care and adoption. The Fund will support the organizations via monetary donations, flooring donations and volunteering time.

Footprints Floors corporate has committed to allocating 25% of profits to the Fund annually. So far, the Fund has assisted Open Door Ministries, Hope's Promise and World Orphans in various ways, such as sponsoring events and with monetary donations. Franchise Development Manager Jon Jarvis is directing the corporate-only effort, and an advisory panel will decide on which organizations to partner with.

As the end of the year approaches, Footprints Floors is looking forward to continuing its streak of success, having added 18 territories so far this year, following the impressive addition of 62 territories in 2021. The brand has been in talks with franchise candidates who are enthusiastic about signing on for the remaining locations before they are all sold out.

ABOUT FOOTPRINTS FLOORS:

Upon his return to Littleton, Colorado, after serving in the U.S. Air Force, Bryan Park noticed that Denver’s flooring industry lacked a higher level of customer service and sophistication. So, in 2008, he founded Footprints Floors, which today specializes in installing hardwood floors, carpet, tile floors, backsplashes and laminates. With more than 160 territories, Footprints Floors offers franchisees a robust support system, including a call center, flexible hours for work-life balance and a low cost of entry with outstanding economics.
