Strictly Business Omaha: Footprints Floors Franchisee Discusses Why He Chose the Brand

Footprints Floors franchisee and former University of Nebraska Omaha basketball player Jake White was featured in the business publication Strictly Business Omaha for opening the city’s first of the flooring and tiling franchise. The article explains how White found Footprints Floors and what led him to want to bring better flooring to Omaha. 

“While researching new franchise opportunities, I had some contractors come out and do my floors,” said White. “I realized there was a level of unprofessionalism that was shown to me while in my home. I thought to myself, ‘If I had a flooring business, we could do better, show up on time and provide a quote on the spot.’”

White also discusses his recent entrepreneurial career change from sales to opening two franchises amid the pandemic — he also opened a commercial janitorial franchise. With his other business taking off, White was looking for something new that could fill his time.
