All County provides a wide range of services for its clients, including maintaining locations, communicating with tenants, collecting rent and handling the various day-to-day responsibilities of managing a property. 

The company was founded in 1990 by Sandy Ferrera and Scott McPherson, and is based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. All County began offering franchise opportunities in 2008.
