GoJoe Patrol was originally founded from its parent company State Protection Services, with the intention of breaking the stereotypical images of the security guard industry. The two original founders of State Protection Services in Spokane, Washington were Major Bambino, a retired Washington State Patrol officer, and his friend Harry Sladich, a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry. Major’s wife, Corrina, and Harry’s wife, Shawn, also helped launch the brand. State Protection Services had been operating in Spokane for over two decades.
