  • The Great Greek To Go: This nontraditional build-out contains an in-person service counter and minimal-to-no indoor seating. The first to-go only location opened in 2023 in Maryland.
  • The Great Greek Digital Kitchen: Food can be ordered online directly with the brand or through a food delivery service, but this style of location only allows for pickup of food orders. The first digital kitchen opened in Miami in 2023, with additional locations in Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles and San Diego scheduled to open before the end of the year.
  • Special Venues: These nontraditional build-outs are intended for stadiums, airports or universities. They will contain a service counter and potentially communal seating. The first locations are likely to open in 2024.
