A successful business requires happy customers. But a successful franchise? That takes much more, including satisfied franchisees.

Fortunately for Mosquito Joe, the residential and commercial mosquito control treatment company, keeping franchisees contented doesn’t appear to be a struggle.

According to Franchise Business Review, Mosquito Joe is a leader in franchisee satisfaction, sporting an average score of 4.3 out of 5.

Michelle Rowan, president of Franchise Business Review, highlighted how such a score will appeal to potential new franchisees.

“One of the best ways to know if a franchise is really a good opportunity is to look at franchisee satisfaction data,” Rowan said in a statement. “Many of the companies on our Top 200 Franchises list share their Franchisee Satisfaction Reports publicly in order to provide potential franchisees with frank feedback regarding their training and support, financial opportunity, and other key areas that influence the health of a franchise system.”

Even more impressive is that the company kept franchisees satisfied while making major moves business-wise.

“The last year was a huge one for Mosquito Joe,” company CEO (and Head Joe) Kevin Wilson said in a media release. “We brought our services to new parts of the country, retained the vast majority of our customer base, entered into new partnerships and much more. It’s good to know that through it all, our dedication to our franchisees has paid off.”

A step above
Franchise Business Review cited two factors that helped push companies into the top 200.

Training and support was one factor, with the top 200 rated 13 percent higher than the average in this area.

Innovation was another key component. The top 200 franchises had a score 12 percent higher than the average where it concerned innovation and creativity.

Mosquito Joe was singled out for excellence in numerous areas, but its highest scores were for training and support, leadership and core values.

With the company saying it plans to open in 66 new territories during 2015, these qualities are sure to give Mosquito Joe a business boost.
