Lisa Hudson Appointed as Brand President of Fresh Coat Painters

Hudson, a seasoned executive with a rich background in leadership and franchise development, brings over three decades of experience to her new role at the helm of Fresh Coat Painters.

Hudson's illustrious career began with a 26-year tenure at Macy's, where she successfully led stores to achieve milestones from $10M to $72M in sales, and played a pivotal role in spearheading national and regional leadership initiatives. Her skills in team coaching and executive leadership were further honed during this period, laying a strong foundation for her subsequent ventures.

In 2015, Hudson embarked on a new journey with The Growth Coach, a business coaching franchise under the same Strategic Franchising Systems umbrella, initially as a franchise owner before ascending to President of Franchise Development. In this capacity, she demonstrated exceptional leadership through the challenging times of COVID-19, guiding franchisees with strategic insight and empathy.

Hudson's diverse expertise continued to expand with her role at Lysse New York, a women's fashion brand, further solidifying her reputation as a versatile leader. However, her commitment to fostering growth and success within the franchising community led her back to the Strategic Franchising System family last year as the Executive Vice President of Fresh Coat Painters.

In her recent tenure as Executive Vice President, Hudson led a 27-person team with a focus on vision, processes, and accountability, leveraging her unique perspective as a former franchisee to develop strategies that resonate with franchise owners. Her leadership has been instrumental in fostering a sense of community among franchisees, with initiatives like Fresh Coat Cares highlighting the brand's commitment to charitable work and mutual support.
