Home Health Care News: ComForCare Acquires Senior Living Placement Service CarePatrol

The deal will help ComForCare expand its portfolio of senior care services.

Franchise company ComForCare has acquired another franchise concept known as CarePatrol. According to a recent article in Home Health Care News, CarePatrol specializes in placement of the elderly within assisted living and retirement communities. This aligns well with ComForCare's own dedication to assisting seniors, as the brand provides in-home care.

“In addition to expanding our service offering and portfolio, our acquisition of CarePatrol illustrates our objective of finding new avenues to carry out our mission to help people live their best life possible,” said ComForCare CEO Steve Greenbaum.

CarePatrol personally escorts seniors to explore different living options in order to help them find the right fit for their situations. A unique aspect of the brand is the fact that it does not receive direct payment from the elders that it helps situate. Instead, the company depends on the different facilities where it places seniors to pay referral fees.

“Our shared commitment to excellence in home care and senior placement will serve seniors, families and our franchisees well. With the expertise of the professionals at ComForCare and Riverside, I’m confident that CarePatrol will reach new heights in customer service and quality care,” said CarePatrol founder Chuck Bongiovanni.
