1851: What made you initially attracted to the brand?

Jackson: We were introduced to it by FranNet. We thought it was a great concept and something needed in our area.

1851: What parts of the brand made you decide to buy it?

Jackson: Great feedback from current franchisees, their support system from finding a location to opening to operation of the store. We loved the concept and the look of the stores.

1851: When researching the brand, how important was the website in helping educate you about the opportunity?

Jackson: It was good to see pictures, and very helpful to get information about investment and the whole process.

1851: How did you perform due diligence on the brand?

Jackson: We visited a salon in MD, and we talked to a lot of franchisees about their experience and the support they were getting.

1851: How do you absorb content/media today?

Jackson: Mostly online. For news, I use an app called Newsstand.
