I'm tired of helping someone else reach their financial goals and not reaching mine!

Tips on how to embark on a path to entrepreneurship and franchise ownership

"I am frustrated." "I don't get to control the outcome from my decisions." "I feel like an order-taker!" "I'm tired of helping someone else reach their financial goals and not reaching mine."

These are only a few of the comments our team hears from men and women each day describing their jobs. Although the latest Bureau of Labor Statistics report on the unemployment rate is at 4.9 percent, this does not at all take into account the number of employees out there that are feeling undervalued, underemployed or even those that are falling short of reaching their financial goals in life.

Each year a very small group of men and women build up enough courage and confidence to step out and take the risk of entrepreneurship and begin working for themselves. When they do this, in many ways they are making the hardest and easiest decision of their lives…they’re betting on themselves.

So, as we reach the end of the 1st quarter of 2016 and you take account of your annual goals, are you 25 percent of the way there? Is your current job environment going to help you reach those goals or are you finally ready to build up that courage and bet on yourself?

If your answer is yes and you’re ready to bet on yourself, I’d invite you to review a few great resources on entrepreneurship:
