IWG Announces New Michigan Location as Demand For Hybrid Working Continues to Grow

As momentum continues to build for hybrid, IWG plans to add more than 500 locations in the U.S.

Growing demand for flexibility and access to professional spaces is underscored by record demand for hybrid working with IWG adding two million customers in the last year, as more and more businesses empower workers to work close to home in the heart of local communities. The new Regus will be located at 5030 Corporate Exchange, 20 minutes from the city center. The Grand Rapids location will offer IWG’s full suite of facilities, including private offices, co-working and collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and a host of tech services, like IT support.

The new Regus center will be IWG’s 15th location in Michigan and second in Grand Rapids — a mid-sized city with a vibrant arts scene about two and a half hours from Detroit.
