Jack in the Box Franchisees Request CEO Change

A franchisee association wants to replace CEO Lenny Comma.

The National Jack in the Box Franchisee Association wants the fast-food company to replace CEO Lenny Comma, according to a report by Restaurant Business.

The association, also known as the NFA, said that cuts to franchisee support and marketing have been made and that operators are struggling, according to the article.

“We just don’t believe we’re in alignment with the franchisor,” NFA chairman Michael Norwich told Restaurant Business. “We have two different visions and two different objectives. They’re quarter-by-quarter driven, making a lot of short-term decisions having a negative impact on the franchise community.”

Jack in the Box told Restaurant Business in a statement that the NFA’s concerns do not reflect those of the entire franchise community.
