Jimmy John’s announced its plans to buy one lucky winner a new home, but not just any home––a home within a Jimmy John’s delivery zone, according to The Takeout.

I’m sure you’re wondering, “How did Jimmy John’s get this idea?” After Keystone Light announced their promotional sweepstakes to award 13 lucky fans $12,000 for a year’s worth of rent, Jimmy John’s wanted to take it one step further.

Buying a home is no walk in the park for many Americans. According to CBS, 70% of the country can’t afford a home. A study conducted by ATTOM Data Solutions concluded that after analyzing 473 U.S. counties, “335 listed median home prices more than what average wage earners can afford.”
