It’s the moment we all wait for—Apple unveiled their newest iPhone on Wednesday. According to a recent Mashable article, Apple introduced the new iPhone 7 on Wednesday that is Jet Black, incredibly shiny, and smooth.

At first glance, the iPhone 7 looks very similar to the previous iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s, but key changes include the removal of the 3.55 headphone jack, a home button that does not move, and it is now water resistant. It will also repel dust and pump out louder sound with the new stereo speaker system.

Updating back and front-facing cameras along with the processor were also on the list of changes. The A10 processor is reported to be 40 percent faster than the previous, and includes power-management cores to help with battery life.

Essentially Apple’s iPhone 7 is a refined device from its last with necessary updates but without the wow factor of new capabilities that past Apple announcements have provided.
