Greater Baton Rouge Business Report: MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes Franchisee Chuck Kerr To Open Second Location in Baton Rouge
MOOYAH has plans to open their second Baton Rouge location in late 2016.
Later this year, Chuck Kerr will open doors to his second MOOYAH in Baton Rouge. This new restaurant will sport an updated layout and act as a demo for future high volume locations in the system.
Kerr will be opening near LSU and Lee Magnet High School and this new restaurant will feature a second kitchen and a larger cooler to support the nearby student population looking for lunch on-the-go.
“The idea behind this store is to help MOOYAH and beta test what a high volume store might look like,” Kerr says. “MOOYAH has never designed anything like this before.”
His existing location is the highest grossing MOOYAH in the entire system and Kerr believes this new restaurant will outperform that.
