Owner of Knoxville’s MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, Josh Lovett, was recently named “Single Unit Franchisee of the Year” by the brand. Lovett has been with the better-burger concept for years. He started his journey as a general manager and worked his way up to a franchise owner.

“Being recognized as ‘Franchisee of the Year’ has been a tremendous honor. I’m over the moon about this award,” said Lovett. “I truly believe in the MOOYAH system and have spent the last few years putting my all into this brand and dedicating myself to serving our customers in Knoxville. I’m proud to be part of a franchise that rewards its team for hard work and impact.”

Before joining the MOOYAH team, Lovett had years of experience in the restaurant industry in roles ranging from server and bartender to manager. He and his wife even opened their own restaurant, which they later sold. The MOOYAH leadership team was happy to have an enthusiastic and experienced operator such as Lovett on their team and was honored to recognize his success with the brand.
