Local Development Company Brings High-End Burger Franchise, MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, to Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CA –  MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, the 90-plus-unit better-burger franchise, saw significant growth in 2022. After a solid start to 2023, projected to close 9 new deals and open 16 new locations, the brand is continuing its expansion with the signing of a single-unit agreement to grow in Fairfield. 

President of Bay Valley Development, Indy Pahwa, and his team have brought several great restaurant options to the Fairfield community. Recently they noticed a need for a high-end burger restaurant. Pahwa began looking at MOOYAH Burgers, Fries, & Shakes and loved the fresh made concept. From the 100% Certified Angus Beef® brand burgers to the signature in-house made buns, MOOYAH was exactly what Pahwa knew the community needed. 

Bay Valley Development recently signed to bring the better burger brand to the area and has plans to open in 2023. Pahwa and his team are looking forward to the concept coming to Fairfield and serving the community. Upon opening, the MOOYAH Fairfield team will partner with a local charity to be named closer to opening day.

MOOYAH has had a longstanding presence in California since 2012, with locations open in the Bay Area, Central and Southern California regions. The Fairfield location will be the first MOOYAH in the city, and the 9th location to open in California.
