Nation's Restaurant News: McDonald's expands McCafé retail line

McCafé Frappé will soon be available in grocery stores.

Fans of McDonald's coffee drinks will soon be able to find their favorite drinks inside of grocery stores. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the brand will launch ready-to-drink versions of its McCafé Frappé to be sold at retailers. 

“We understand how important the coffee culture is for consumers, and we are committed to meeting that demand at the taste, convenience and value only McDonald’s can offer," said president Chris Kempczinski.

The McCafé line will also be getting a makeover featuring updated packaging and a new logo. The redesign is intended to give the products a more modern look. This will tie in with the brand's plan to update their locations by integrating new technology features like ordering kiosks.
