Who knew the excitement that would come from a drink that changes color? Starbucks did. According to a recent Nation’s Restaurant News article, the Seattle-based coffee chain will be selling its Unicorn Frappuccino blended drink through Sunday or until supplies last. Starting with a purple base and blue swirls, the drink’s taste is fruity and sweet like you would imagine. Once you stir the drink, the color changes to pink and the flavor becomes tart and tangy.

Restaurants have caught on to the fact that if they offer interesting enough items on their menu, consumers will feel the need to come try the item themselves, take a picture and post it on social media. This form of free advertising is just what Starbucks set out to do with its Unicorn Frappuccino.

“The elusive unicorn from medieval legend has been making a comeback,” the company said in an announcement. “Once only found in enchanted forests, unicorns have been popping up in social media with shimmering unicorn-themed food and drinks.”
