Minimum Wage

After voicing multiple opinions on the topic, Trump has committed to supporting a $10 an hour federal minimum wage, and giving states the ability to raise it further.&nbsp; There are no signs that this would be a priority in his Administration.

Immigration

Trumps&rsquo; stance on immigration might have employers worried if they depend on visa workers or migrant labor. Changes to immigration are some of Trump&rsquo;s biggest plans, which he will feel the need to deliver on quickly.

Overtime Regulations

The President elect stated that he would like to see &ldquo;a delay or carve out&rdquo; or small business in the new overtime regulations.

Pay Equity

While Trump has not spoken on the issue, his daughter Ivanka declared that her father will &ldquo;change the labor laws&rdquo; to support equal pay.
