Noodles & Co. is offering a special program for expectant and postpartum mothers, according to a report in Nation’s Restaurant News.

The “phase-out, phase-in” program will allow employees with the titles of “assistant general manager” and up to work an 80 percent schedule at 100 percent pay during the four weeks preceding maternity leave and the four weeks after maternity leave, according to the article. Employees also have six weeks of paid maternity leave.

The program is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2019.

“Our team members work hard for us, and we want to express our gratitude by offering top-of-the-line benefits that support them in and out of the workplace,” Noodles & Co. CEO Dave Boennighausen said in a statement, according to the article.
