In an interview with Restaurant Business, Oath Pizza Chief Executive Officer Drew Kellogg and Chief Marketing Officer Stacie Colburn Hayes discuss how the better-for-you pizza concept plans to expand nationwide. Founded in 2015, Oath Pizza currently has eight corporate stores along with 22 franchise locations that have small footprint layouts that can operate with as little as two employees. Hayes discussed why franchisees are attracted to the Nantucket-born pizza concept as the brand pushes for growth in the industry.

“They picked Oath because of our efficient business model and availability to open in any space,” she said. “And Gen Z is hyper-focused on companies going good in the world and offering higher quality ingredients. It really fits the mold for what younger consumers are looking for.”

Kellogg also discussed how prior to the pandemic, Oath Pizza implemented technology upgrades, including online and app-based ordering, which has helped the brand see success over the past two years.
