Many people in America are beginning to transition back to the office, and with that, there is a growing demand for breakfast options that are fast, affordable and convenient. Because of this, food service restaurants, like the international bakery cafe franchise, Paris Baguette, are responding with new hours and new menus.

“In many cases, we saw demand between 7 and 8 a.m. beginning to surge,” said Nick Scaccio, vice president of operations at Paris Baguette. “We began testing opening at 6 and 7 a.m., and in some cases even earlier, to capitalize on the early morning coffee business, which has been strong for us.”

The brand hasn’t stopped innovating its business model and menu since the pandemic. Just this year, Paris Baguette did a brand redesign and added new breakfast pastries to the menu.
