Vipul Chawla will officially take the reins as President on December 3rd with a focus on brand strategy outside of United States border.

Pizza Hut International has officially named a new president. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the franchise has selected Vipul Chawla to take the place of former president Milind Pant, who is leaving the company to seek new opportunities. Chawla will officially take the reins on December 3rd with a focus on brand strategy outside of the United States.

“Vipul Chawla is an extraordinarily talented leader and highly respected global marketer with a proven track record of growing Pizza Hut across the Asia-Pacific region with our franchise partners. He’s the ideal person to take Pizza Hut International to the next level,” said Yum Brands CEO Greg Creed.

Prior to accepting this responsibility, Chawla has worked as general manager of Pizza Hut Asia and served as the CMO for KFC Asia.
