Potbelly Has a New CFO

Potbelly Corp. named Thomas Fitzgerald as its new chief financial officer, according to a Restaurant Business report.

The sandwich chain also promoted Julie Younglove-Webb to the position of chief restaurant operations officer, according to the article.

Fitzgerald’s previous experience includes working for retail brands such as Burlington Coat Factory and Bath & Body Works, according to the article. Potbelly CEO Alan Johnson said that Fitzgerald “has a proven track record of transformational leadership,” according to the article.

This isn’t the company’s only executive shakeup in 2018. Earlier this year, Brandon Rhoten joined the sandwich chain as its chief marketing officer and vice president.
