The Taco Bell Foundation is doubling its Live M&aacute;s Scholarships. <a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/news/taco-bell-awards-3-million-live-m-s-scholarships?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-magazine-taco-bell-awards-3-million-in-live-mas-scholarships-2706541" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">According to an article in QSR Magazine</a>, the scholarship program &mdash; which is in its third year &mdash; will be awarding $3 million to 300 employees and youth to help students with education fees. The scholarships will range from $5,000 to $25,000 per student. 

Taco Bell also announced that it&#39;s going beyond academic scholarships in its efforts to help promote education. The foundation is also going to be partnering with MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership to connect scholarship recipients with mentorship opportunities.

&ldquo;We recognize that college affordability is a major issue facing our nation, so we&rsquo;re excited to increase the number and size of scholarships this year, but also recognize that the Live M&aacute;s Scholarship program needs to be more than a just a check for our students to be successful,&rdquo; said Tina Nguyen, executive director of the Taco Bell Foundation.
