Laurie Gagnon, franchisee and marketing manager for a new Right at Home opening in early February in Billings, Montana, discussed her motivations for opening a service dedicated to elderly and disabled adult care in the area. Laurie, her husband Rob, and Dean and Lisa Sukin all come from healthcare backgrounds and wanted to open up their own business to help give back to their Billings community.

Their location will be the first for the brand in Montana. They’ll provide a variety of services, including helping people bathe, get out of bed or travel to appointments.
