Las Vegas Business Press: Entrepreneurs Getting Close to Retirement Find Success as Right at Home Franchisees

More business owners in Las Vegas are opening up businesses that allow them to scale back.

Las Vegas was recently ranked one of the best cities in the U.S. for “Worktirement” and semi-absentee business ownership. The Las Vegas Business Press recently spoke with Right at Home franchisee Steve Gleicher about his senior care business and how he has scaled back his hours as he gets closer to retirement.
 
The article mentions that at first Gleicher worked upwards of 70 hours a week, but as his business has grown he is now closer to 45 hours a week on average.
 
While Gleicher said it would be possible to scale back further, the hands-on approach that has made him so successful with Right at Home will keep him involved with the business.
