William Dudeck remembers the time he spent caring for his grandmother as she suffered from dementia, and how badly she wanted to live at home instead of a group home. When looking to open a business himself, Dudeck thought back to this and decided to franchise with Right at Home.

“None of us want to go to a facility,” Dudeck told the Santa Fe New Mexican. “You don’t want to leave home just because you need a little help.”

Dudeck brings Right at Home to Santa Fe armed with a master’s degree in adult education. When choosing the brand, Dudeck was impressed with Right at Home’s diligence, and they expressed an interest in Santa Fe’s aging population. He has already hired and trained four part-time caregivers, and went through a training course himself

Dudeck has already begun planning numerous initiatives and projects to raise awareness for and benefit the aging population throughout Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico.
