Ruby’s Diner is more than your average burger franchise. The brand is bringing 1940’s style Americana back to consumers and serving up high quality burgers, fries, shakes and beyond that prove the “good old days” are happening right now.

Founded in Southern California more than 30 years ago, Ruby’s has a long history of bringing top quality food to loyal customers in a fun and energetic environment. Its menu only offers the highest quality ingredients available, including Fresh Premium Natural USDA Choice Beef, Ruby’s famous “Refillable” French fries and delicious RubyRings cooked in non-hydrogenated, zero trans-fat, cholesterol-free, pure vegetable oil.

Over the last three decades, Ruby’s Diner has positioned itself as the restaurant concept to beat. Between the brand’s commitment to top tier food and service and ongoing innovation efforts, Ruby’s offers both consumers and franchisees a one of a kind opportunity.

Ruby’s values the strong brand recognition and reputation that it’s built over the past 32 years. But that doesn’t mean it’s resting on its laurels—the brand is constantly innovating and improving on its best practices.

Ruby’s franchisees have full access to the brand’s corporate support team, which includes a team of experienced restaurant franchise development professionals. That support is then amplified by the brand’s flexible store model, which allows franchisees to operate different types of Ruby’s restaurants to best achieve their individual goals. Ruby’s offers boasts impressive momentum and growth potential, making it an ideal opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to either break into the restaurant industry or diversify their portfolios.
