Ruth's Chris Steak House and Cooper's Hawk Launch Temporary Partnership

The partnership will last through the end of April.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants have launched a temporary partnership that will last through the end of April, according to a Restaurant Business report.

When they eat at Ruth’s Chris, Cooper’s Hawk wine club members will be able to bring wine from Cooper’s Hawk into the Ruth’s Chris restaurant and drink it without paying a corkage fee, according to the article. Ruth’s Chris sees this as an opportunity to attract new customers, while Cooper’s Hawk wants to offer members more reward options, according to the article.

“Not everyone only eats at Cooper’s Hawk all the time,” Cooper’s Hawk founder and CEO Tim McEnery told Restaurant Business. “A lot of people think we’re a little bit crazy, inviting guests to go to another restaurant. But we think it’s a special, unique opportunity for our guests.”
