Forbes: The Year In Franchising: Reflecting On 2021, And Anticipating 2022

After a tumultuous 2020, the franchise industry started to see a comeback in 2021.

In a recent Forbes article, founder and CEO of SMB Franchise Advisors Steven Beagelman discussed how the franchise world changed due to the coronavirus pandemic, and how franchises will continue to see a comeback in the next year. While 2021 brought back many opportunities, there were still many limitations on capacity which caused restaurants to struggle. However, looking towards 2022, Beagelman anticipates that the franchise industry will grow and prosper. 

Beagelman said, “Many franchisors have been reporting increased sales in 2021, and there is no reason to believe that trend is going to change in 2022.”
