Throughout 2014, JAN-PRO was able to expand its network of more than 10,000 owner-operators across the United States serving offices, health care facilities, schools and other commercial spaces and most recently have added new territories in the Florida Panhandle, Columbus, Georgia and Louisiana.

With 2015 underway, JAN-PRO and its sister brand, Maid Right, have plans to add nearly 1,000 new owner-operators on the local level, as well as a number of new domestic and international territories moving forward.

“As the fastest growing commercial cleaning franchise, JAN-PRO is constantly seeking new owners who will invest in the communities they serve,” said Rich Kissane, chief executive of Premium Franchise Brands, parent to JAN-PRO and sister residential-cleaning brand Maid Right. “The JAN-PRO opportunity goes far beyond any conventional franchise. We are expanding rapidly through our two-pronged approach of executive business opportunities and home-based businesses.”

JAN-PRO sees plenty of headroom for further domestic growth and seeks driven candidates to expand the brand as master regional franchisees. Select territories are available in markets across the country, including Texas, New York and Michigan. The executive business opportunity fits business leaders transitioning from corporate America who want to leverage those leadership skills in the top position at their own company.

Through this owner-operator business model, the regional leaders get to concentrate on growing their businesses by finding and coaching first-time owners and marketing in their territories to bring in more accounts.

“Our executive opportunities offer a great way for C-level professionals with the drive to start their own business access recurring revenue streams,” said Kissane. “Not only that, but our model is built on home-based business owners who work hard and look to better the lives of their families. Both opportunities work in tandem to create the foundation of JAN-PRO.”

JAN-PRO also features international growth opportunities. The company recently agreed to development deals in Peru, Nigeria and India, which brought its international system to 13 countries. JAN-PRO is actively seeking owners across the globe with a current primary focus on Latin America, Asia and Europe.

“Even in tougher economic times, businesses take care of their offices and facilities by keeping them clean for the benefit of their employees, which makes our segment fairly recession-resistant,” Kissane added. “JAN-PRO was able to grow throughout the economic downturn, because the brand not only redoubled its efforts to recruit dynamic business leaders, but it also invested heavily in technology and product enhancements.”
