Greater Lansing Business Monthly: TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Ramps Up Hiring Initiatives
The brand is celebrating Career Move Month by executing a system-wide hiring initiative.
This March, Lansing-based TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has been celebrating Career Move Month and executing a system-wide hiring initiative.
According to Greater Lansing Business Monthly, the brand hopes to significantly ramp up hiring throughout its system nationwide this month. The goal for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is to create lifelong career opportunities for motivated individuals, and no one better demonstrates this than President Randy Shacka.
Shacka began with the brand as an intern and has worked his way up through the system embracing new opportunities and leadership positions. Through Career Move Month, he hope to set others up to do the same.
“We think people, even if they don’t stay with us, will become better people because of us. We have a personal growth network and it’s all about people trying to improve themselves on an everyday basis,” explained Shacka.
