That is, if a new rule proposed by the Obama administration is approved.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>"Right now, too many Americans are working long days for less pay than they deserve," President Obama wrote in an op-ed for &#8220;The Huffington Post.&#8221; "That's partly because we've failed to update overtime regulations for years."</div><div style=" font-style: normal;">&nbsp;</div><div style=" font-style: normal;">President Obama intends on widening the eligibility for overtime pay with expansionary legislation, which he will further detail during an event in Wisconsin on Thursday.
