According to a recent study from QSR magazine, the Valley is ripe for expansion for quick-service restaurants. The area ranked No. 12 among smaller markets due to its rapid growth potential, and national brands like <a href="http://www.mooyah.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=valley-morning-star-the-valley-is-ripe-for-qsr-development-10275" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MOOYAH</a>&nbsp;Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes are taking notice. 
 
&ldquo;We think the Rio Grande Valley has got a growing population, a stable economy, and we have a location open in McAllen and we think there&rsquo;s room for growth in the Harlingen-Brownsville area,&rdquo; said Director of Franchise Sales of <a href="http://mooyah.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=valley-morning-star-the-valley-is-ripe-for-qsr-development-10275" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MOOYAH</a>&nbsp;Jordan Duran in an interview with the Valley Morning Star. 
 
The Plano-based company will be celebrating its 10 year anniversary in March, and with numerous cities in Texas ranking in QSR&#39;s top markets, expansion in their home state seems viable. 
 
&ldquo;We think we could definitely support another restaurant or two in the Valley,&rdquo; Duran said to reporter Rick Kelley.
