It’s no secret that restaurants across the country are rethinking how they serve their customers.

According to FES Magazine, Cincinnati-based Buffalo Wings & Rings, a wings and sports bar franchise, has recently redesigned and modernized its restaurant layout to adhere to ongoing practices of outdoor dining, social distancing and carryout orders. Buffalo Wings & Rings’ new design includes a valet pick-up for to-go orders, outdoor seating on turf grass and spaced-out tables to ensure proper distancing is followed according to state mandates.

“COVID played a role in the redesign of the restaurants, but we were actually a little bit ahead of COVID too,” said Diane Matheson, vice president of marketing at Buffalo Wings & Rings. “We started this labor of love a couple years ago; we knew there were a few things we wanted to address given the current state of the world.”
