Dakota County Star: Upscale Wing Franchise Looks to Expand in Dakota County and Beyond
Looks to build off recent success in Nebraska
Buffalo Wings & Rings is looking to build off success in Nebraska with franchise growth in the Dakota County area, and the Dakota County Star spoke with chief development officer Philip Schram about the brand and their development plans.
According to the article, Schram thinks recent success in Nebraska will make the area a great next location for a franchise.
Said Schram to the Star, “We have had a lot of success in the Great Plains and we think South Sioux City would be a great addition."
The piece also discusses the Buffalo Wings & Rings menu, which it says is different from other wing restaurants.
Said Schram, “We have a more balanced menu. Nothing fancy, but it's clearly elevated from something you'd find in a normal wing joint.”
