Knoxville News Sentinel: Multi-Unit Franchisee Opens New WORKOUT ANYTIME Location in Knoxville area
Franchisee John Heifner is confident that the affordable membership rate will appeal to locals.
A new WORKOUT ANYTIME location has opened off of Maynardville Highway in the Halls Crossroads neighborhood of Knoxville.
Franchisee John Heifner owns three locations in the area, and is confident that the affordable membership rate offered at WORKOUT ANYTIME coupled with the team's hands-on approach to ownership will appeal to locals.
"The thing I think we have in addition is there is a level of intimacy with a club about this size," he said. "When you get into a big-box gym, no matter whether you have every amenity in the world, there is a feeling of anxiety that people have going into a really big location. I know most of the people at Powell and they know me. They know the owner."
The 7,000 square feet of space and upwards of 100 pieces of equipment at the new WORKOUT ANYTIME is accessible whenever members please -- and Heifner anticipates having the potential of having 3,000 of them.
