The general manager of Jacksonville, Florida's Workout Anytime, Mike Harris, and training director James Walsh joined WJXT4 to discuss how viewers can burn off their post-Thanksgiving dinner calories with a few at-home exercises. Planks, push-ups and chair dips are a few exercises viewers can do to stave off the post-meal sluggishness.

Harris and Walsh left viewers with some simple advice: Just get moving.
