Being a gym rat isn’t a trend, it's a way of life. You don’t get those sculpted pecs by just sitting on the couch, eating potato chips and watching reruns of Jeopardy. The 24.2 billion health club industry has more than 54.1 million memberships, according to a 2014 report from The International Health, Racquet & Sports Club Association. People seem to love to hit the treadmill and perpetually get ready for swimsuit season as the number of health clubs in the U.S. rose from 32,150 in 2013 to 34,460 in 2014.

It takes real dedication to commit to a regular or even part time gym routine. Most people are busy during the day with either work or family commitments, so carving out a few minutes to run a few laps on the treadmill or improve your deadlift max can be tough. Many gyms are only be open to as late as nine or 10 p.m., but for those busy bodies who need a little flexibility in their gym schedules, enter WORKOUT ANYTIME.

The fitness franchise brand is one of the preeminent membership health clubs in the U.S. with almost 100 locations spread across the country. And luckily for members, it is open 24/7.

The brand is looking to develop locations in and around Leeds, Alabama. Randy Trotter, Vice President of Development for WORKOUT ANYTIME, said the brand currently has one location already running in the territory, but has plans to add additional units to the area through franchise opportunities.

“Our Leeds location has proven to be successful since its launch in January and we feel now is the right time to develop the territory further,” Trotter said. “We have a comprehensive infrastructure and training program that will make it easy for anyone to become a new franchisee with us.”

Trotter went on to say that the Leed’s territory is ripe for expansion and is affordable for prospective franchisees.

“Our start-up costs are affordable and our footprint is much more ideal than a traditional gym, but we also have a number of amenities, including affordable membership plans and quality workout equipment that will ensure the new franchisee will have a steady clientele base,” Trotter said.
