There’s something to be said for a legacy, and the Titus family certainly has one.
Austin Titus, president of Network Lead Exchange, a business referral franchise under the United Franchise Group umbrella, knows this all too well. As a third-generation franchise industry professional, Titus grew up hearing about the industry and even recalls franchising conversations as young as 16.
