Why do you love franchising?
 
I love franchising because you have the ability to bring in entrepreneurs who are going to be a part of your culture and go into your system with a blue print and turn key operation so they can scale their own business and find their own success.
 
What is the top challenge facing young people in franchising?
 
To become a franchisor, cash flow is the biggest challenge because you have to have a lot of available capital and it isn’t always easy securing a loan and having enough money to get your concept off the ground.
 
What is your dream position/goal?
 
You might think I’m crazy, but I’m not stopping until we have a worldwide presence. I truly believe that our brand will be a wonderful addition to communities across the globe. Can’t wait until it is a reality!
