Richard Huffman always carried an entrepreneurial spirit growing up. Following high school graduation, Huffman did not take the traditional route of going to college. At 19 years old, Huffman decided to run his own bakery and had an independent territory where he was able to receive 21% of what he took out the doors. That was his first intro to business and sales and marketing.At one point in Huffman’s early career life, he was running 3 businesses. In 1994 an opportunity arose for Huffman to own his first school with his parent’s guidance. In 1996 they opened their second school and that was when Huffman had the realization that this is the career path he wants to move forward with for the rest of his life.&nbsp;Now 26 years later Celebree School began the venture of franchising of April last year.“We got to a point where we were opening 2-3 schools a year. What really excites me is being able to help others open a business, especially in early education. I knew I wanted to be able to help with this gift I was given from my parents,” said Huffman.Huffman also touched on how COVID-19 is affecting Celebree Schools in Delaware and Maryland. “We are adjusting every day.
